    Goal 5 - weigh 18stones = BMI under 40

    I'm looking forward to horse riding, canoeing, scuba diving, hot air ballooning and lots of other things I want to do again when I get to less than 14stone.

    Hmm I'm not sure if I should be overly concerned or its nothing at all. I've got implanon and its due to come out at the end of August. For the last few months my periods have been coming back, but I've had one now that's lasted 3 weeks - non stop!! I was told that because I'm losing weight too it will have an effect on my hormones, but to this extreme? My gp doesn't seem too concerned but omg I'm sick of it now!

    Yeh my usual gp is a female, I won't see anyone else but her, I've had a few feminine problems and she's always been the one to sort it ASAP! She thinks a combination of my implanon running out and losing weight has triggered a surge of hormones, that I've to keep an eye on it and see how it goes. She suggested getting the implant out sooner but I can't get booked in to have it out for a fortnight! The idea is I won't be getting another in once its out if you catch my drift, and I have the holiday in September/October to look forward to...! Be no good on rollercoaster if I'm full of arms and legs (OHs lovely way of putting it!)

    Love your OH phraseology so where are your hols going to be? Get your implant out and get on with it ! Itll be far better than a rollercoaster Apparently oestrogen is stored in fat, maybe it's all getting released and sending you out of whack?     He comes out with some corkers! Honestly, he also thinks he's a lyrical genius - can make any song into a song about pie!

    We're going to Florida for 2 weeks, his first hol to America, and plenty of rollercoasters to go on as we've got passes to nearly all the theme parks! Cannot wait!!

    If I had my way the implant would've been out a long time ago, however we've still got our house to sort, only 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and the hall to go!

    Maybe you're right about the oestrogen and fat, that would make sense with how quickly I've lost it too, hmmm... I'll have to ratch out my multivitamins and start on them just to be sure I'm getting everything I need.

    Am envious of the painless period! Xx

    Ultimate Goal - To be able to look down and see my bikini line to shave it, and not have to do it from memory

    Rules
    1. Never buy anything bigger than a size 16.
    2. Meal plan and write/log everything down.
    3. If I fall off plan on my diet, don't wait until the next day to restart. Brush my teeth, and restart straight away.
    4. Don't overeat. Only eat enough so that I could go for a decent walk straight after eating, even if I'm not.
    5. Exercise for a minimum of 30 mins 5 times a week
    6. Always, always weigh in on a Tuesday. Except when away on holiday
    7. Only ever drink alcohol in social occasions - never alone.

    Goals

    1. BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs
    2. BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs
    3. BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs
    4. Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    5. BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    6. Feel comfy in a size 14.
    7. Maintain Goal 6
