    Ultimate Goal - To be able to look down and see my bikini line to shave it, and not have to do it from memory

    Rules
    1. Never buy anything bigger than a size 16.
    2. Meal plan and write/log everything down.
    3. If I fall off plan on my diet, don't wait until the next day to restart. Brush my teeth, and restart straight away.
    4. Don't overeat. Only eat enough so that I could go for a decent walk straight after eating, even if I'm not.
    5. Exercise for a minimum of 30 mins 5 times a week
    6. Always, always weigh in on a Tuesday. Except when away on holiday
    7. Only ever drink alcohol in social occasions - never alone.

    Goals

    1. BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs
    2. BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs
    3. BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs
    4. Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    5. BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    6. Feel comfy in a size 14.
    7. Maintain Goal 6

    Think I must've been running on empty, so busy at work and loads to do at home. I'm going to book myself a few days off next week and let me recharge the batteries. Got a spa day booked in with my mum next month too will be taking 2 days off the diet as it's not something I've done before and as it's for both of our birthdays we're going to enjoy it xx

    2015 Goals
    Goal 1 - Stay on Exante 100% for 2 weeks
    Goal 2 - Get to 20st5 (pre pregnancy weight) (achieved 18/1)
    Goal 3 - weigh 19st by March (return to work)
    Goal 4 - weigh 18stones = BMI under 40
    Goal 5 - reach 16st (leather jacket will fit again)
    Goal 6 - weight 13st10 (under 200lbs and "overweight")
    Goal 7 - weigh less than 13st (a first in my adult life)
    Goal 8 - 11st 6lbs 'Normal' BMI 25.
    Goal 9 - weigh 10stone "ideal"
    Goal 10 - Maintain final goal weight +\- 5lb

    I'm looking forward to my husband being able to sweep me up into his arms (for the first time). Without getting a hernia that is.

    Its a great thing to do Ali. I took one at 14st 12lbs and one at 13st 13lbs.. next one will be 12st 12/13lbs.

    Its fab seeing the difference, Iv taken underwear shots not only to see the difference but to learn where the weight goes/comes off first/last xx
