Thread: 5stone2go's diary...

Hi there all.

I'm a 48 year old bloke with 5 stone to lose. My story is this.

Two years ago I found myself at around 28 stone. I low carbed my way down to 24 stone I then Lipotrimmed my way down to 19 stone. Now i'm on the home straight with Exante. I got bored with the limited range of (expensive) Lipo and the slightly patronising "tone" of the pharmacist. But to be fair Lipo worked for me but its time for a change.

I like to weigh daily and that is what I want this diary to be.... just a simple daily weight record.

The parcel arrives tommorow.​
