    Good morning how's it going? What days do you weigh in. I'm on day 4 now just tried the porridge and its very yummy. Better than the carbonara lol. I'm going to buy some baking paper later and try microwaving the soups into crisps as I can't bear them. Are u doing any excersise with your plan xxx

    Hi yes all going okay thanks x. I did a TS day yesterday as suited me, I had to pick up OH from airport so didnt have time to eat anyway. Back to WS today.
    I weigh in on Mondays so same as you. I am a daily weigher though, cant help it! Did you manage to get any scales?

    I adore the porridge and so nice to have something warm. I sometimes have it twice a day! I havent had any carbonara, I dont like it usually let alone in packs lol. I didnt get any soups either but would be fun to find out how the crisps go!!

    I have got to get doing more exercise, am hardly doing anything at the moment! Dont want to end up lighter but untoned. My gym membership stopped last year and I havent been running as so cold plus work so busy. I think I might check out this shred dvd that everyone going to have a go at. Have you done it before? Everyone on the forum getting more into the exercise side of things now which is really good motivation to shake myself up a bit.

    My gym membership really went to waste last year I'm not allowing it this year. No scales yet I think I'll pop to Asda tomorrow as i need chicken and baking paper to make my crisps tomorrow lol so will let u know how they turn out. The 30 day shred is great I love jillion Michaels. I hate this part of the eve I always want to eat . Xxx

    Try to keep yourself busy! Dont be tempted it is not hunger. If you like me it more boredom, feeling the need to do something or treat myself! I have got around it on Exante by keeping my bar for the evening, I open it right up make a cup of coffee with a tiny dash of skimmed milk and sit down to enjoy it bit by bit ripping it up with my fingers!! Makes it feel like a real treat and satisfies my nibbling habit!! Need to get out of that habit I know but for now it is making it easy to stick to plan. Otherwise try doing your nails, hands, feet - mini pampers and of course good old minimins!! Hope you survived. Have a good day. xx

    Hi I okay I'm on Bacardi and zero to get me through OH sinking bottle wine in vicinity! Just the one hehe!!

    Rules
    1. Never buy anything bigger than a size 16.
    2. Meal plan and write/log everything down.
    3. If I fall off plan on my diet, don't wait until the next day to restart. Brush my teeth, and restart straight away.
    4. Don't overeat. Only eat enough so that I could go for a decent walk straight after eating, even if I'm not.
    5. Exercise for a minimum of 30 mins 5 times a week
    6. Always, always weigh in on a Tuesday. Except when away on holiday
    7. Only ever drink alcohol in social occasions - never alone.

    Hi All! Been a busy weekend so not had any time to get on the forum so on for a diary catch up now. Good news is my Shred DVD came Saturday morning, but bad news is that not had a chance to look or do it as had a house full of people! I have checked out the shred thread so will be joining in properly tomorrow after my first attempt (ekk!).

    Weekend has been toughest yet but have stuck strictly to no food carbs although did have a couple of drinks. I have counted all on my fitness pal and worst day put me up to just under 1200 calories so by no means a fall off the wagon. in fact was really proud of my restraint, you know being able to just have the one then back to good old water!

    I am within 1000 cals today again and planning a strict couple of days Monday/Tuesday with cal count under 800 if not full TS.

    Final bit of good news is another little 1lb loss on the scales this morning . Puts me at 11.1. 10lb loss todate (my 4 week WI is on Monday) Really happy to be in the double figs for losses and looking forward to leaving the 11's behind me perhaps (fingers crossed) this time next week??!!
