Hi Harry. Please don't get yourself down. Xx You know we all have blips and TOTM with all its hormones rushing around doesn't help. Keep focused on your goals. Okay if you have eaten things you now wish you hadn't, it is done now. Beating yourself up won't change it so take it as a little step back before you move further forward. You can do this!! Stand up to the hormones they have had their day, tomorrow is yours!! keep busy, perhaps have a nice hot bubble bath and keep away from temptation and start again tomorrow. One day off the rails is easily put right. Hang on in there xxx
