Weight lost 2011: 47lbs (from 17st 11lbs to 14st 6lbs)
Weight lost November 2012: 16lbs (From 15st 6lbs to 14st 4lbs)
Take three starting 02/01/13: Starting weight 14st 6lbs. Let's see how it goes... (It didn't really go...)
Take four & feeling fab starting 30/01/13: Starting weight 14st 3lbs.
Week 2 weigh in 12/02: 13st 5lbs (-12lbs)
Week 4 weigh in 26/02: 13st 2lbs (-3lbs)

Hi everyone,first of all thanks for ur post. its my TOTM now and its always very very hard for me to stay on track during this time and since yesterday i m only eating (anything and everything). I will start from tomorrow hopefully. i m very sad and upset cause of my actions.TO be honest i think i m losing my will power now. i need ur support please

Hi Harry. Please don't get yourself down. Xx You know we all have blips and TOTM with all its hormones rushing around doesn't help. Keep focused on your goals. Okay if you have eaten things you now wish you hadn't, it is done now. Beating yourself up won't change it so take it as a little step back before you move further forward. You can do this!! Stand up to the hormones they have had their day, tomorrow is yours!! keep busy, perhaps have a nice hot bubble bath and keep away from temptation and start again tomorrow. One day off the rails is easily put right. Hang on in there xxx
yes Mandy, i never quit my exercise nowdays. i bought couple of diffrent types of exercise dvds. now i m trying to do exercise everyday...its only with my diet routine i always ****ed up. But now i only have 55lbs to lose so i will give my everything to acheive my goalthanks for ur support hun. Well appreciated.
