    Day 1

    Today is the start of my journey to lose 6 stone. I'm doing TS so 6 months ought to do it! I did Exante for 8 weeks in 2011 and lost 2 stone, unfortunately I gave up and then put on 4 stone!! Still can't quite believe how much I weigh....didn't weigh this much when I was heavily pregnant

    Anyway that's all behind me now I just want to focus on the future

    Day 1 is going well...so far I've had one chocolate shake made with peppermint tea yum yum and 1.5 litres of water.
