Week 1 = 11st 9 lb (lost 2lb)
Week 2 = 11st 7 lb (lost 2lb - total loss 4lb)
Week 3 = 11st 9 lb (+ 2lb - total loss 2lb ) holiday!
Week 4 = 11st 7lb (lost 2lb - total loss 4lb)
week 5 = 11st 5lb (lst 2lb - total loss 6lb)
week 6 = 11st 4lb (lost 1lb - total loss 7lb)
week 7 = 11st 2lb (lost 2lb - total loss 9lb)
week 8/9 = 11st 1lb (lost 1lb - total loss 10lb)
week 10 = 11st 0lb (lost 1lb - total loss 11lb)
week 11/12 = 10st 12lb (lost 2lb - total loss 13lb)
1st Goal lose 7lb -
2nd Goal 5% body weight
3rd Goal lose 1 stone
4th Goal 10% body weight
