    The diary of **punk*~*star**

    So I bought the 4 week bumper pack of shakes & bars which arrived today... I decided to bite the bullet & start this morning

    I weighed in at 14st 2lb...

    Nut & raisin bar
    Strawberry shake
    Chocolate shake
    4 cups of tea (2 peppermint, 1 green & 1 twinnings double mint) & 1.5 litres water

    1/28 done

    So obviously I didn't stick to the plan last time but I'm now here again on day one (& a lot heavier AGAIN!!) I'm feeling really motivated to do it & with about 6 months to our holiday I really need to do it this time... I have plenty of packs in & I've also planned around Xmas & new year etc...

    Pasta carbonara - wasn't very nice! Needs something in it tomorrow...
