End of first day and I'm blooming knackered! Can't stop yawning and my freer are freezing...and I'm peckish! I LOVE the freedom you get being on a vlcd but ha forgotten how taxing this first bit can be!
Weight: 19.1 - a number I never thought I'd see :(
Have had strawberry shake (playing it safe) for brekkie, and then a bar shared out throughout the rest I the day (trying to not let blood sugar dip too much!) and a banana hake later on.
Only got shakes and bars but already craving savoury!! So may order a couple of meals to try!

Day 2 and its not been too bad!
Tummy is rumbling and i am shocking myself at how much i think about food/how much food rules a lot of my life!!!
I've had a vanilla shake - hot like a latte with coffee in and sweetner..it was actually alright! Impressed with that one!
I've then had the other bar...the nut and raisin one...that was ok - cracks me up how they look like a lovely flapjacky bar and they obviously they aren't! Actually ate this in costa with a black coffee!
I'm gonna read up again about how to make a mousse and then plan on doing this with a choc shake for late - will see how that goes...gonna peruse the forum to get some tips!
Breath = pungent!!!!! as is...wait for it (tmi) my wee!!!
Drinking lots of water to flush that out this evening!
the best thing i discovered is: HOT PEACH DRINK!!! a really yummy warming drink! loved it!
Choc mousse last night was good! Obviously not Cadbury bust surprisingly ok. Will use less water than recommended if I do it again as didn't set after 15 in fridge so put for 5 in the freezer lol! Was fine then!!!
Banana shake for brekkie today-much better using a stick blender instead of the milk frothier I use yesterday! Also put ice in and colder=better!!!
A bar and I think vanilla shake later! X
We have similar goals, I'm using VLCD to get 2 stone off then switching back to WW. I get married in 7.5 weeks and I'd like 2 stone off for then, taking me down to 16 stone - can't remember last time I was in the 16s. Will be subscribing to your diary :-) good luck xx

Well today has been good! Can tell I'm in ketosis as concentration is sky high! Also hunger is low and the shakes/bars taste better!!!

Good luck Hun! Keep that motivation up I'm starting in September an weigh the same as you but I'm 5'9 and want to get down to about 9and a half stone to allow room for slight fluctuation, how tall are you and what's your goal? X
