I have been stuck in a rut for a while. My ultimate goal was always 9 stone 6 lb, I tried and tried to get there but always stayed the same or if I did lose half a lb i'd gain it back again following week. This went on for a while and I decided to call target at 10 stone 4 but managed to get own to 9 stone 12 on my own.
I lost over 7 stone using Exante as a 5:2 type diet, which I think is amazing as when i logged back onto their website to buy a bumper pack i seen they now sell it in this way haha. Damn, should have copyrighted it lol. The other 5/4 days of the week I used slimming world and I went to slimming world every week to get weighed.
