    Fat fighting diary

    So day 6 almost hitting the week one mark! I work in a restaurant!!!!!!! Im around food alllllllll day! But but funny enough its not work that made me chunky its mums cookin being lazy and eatin late at night! So this is it i have had enough! I want to feel comfortable in my own skin and i am going to see my dad after 14years and i want it to be amazing and not look back at the pics and say i hate my pics

    Smells from the restaurant are the hardest and bread! They bake home made bread and pizza! But i see it as a mind over matter every year i have got bit bigger if it doesnt stop now i wont be able to controll it

    So just had vanilla shake with spoon full of beenies hazelnut coffee and crushed ice! Blended! Frappe! Ooooo found a new favourite!

    Weighed in lost 4lbs in a week but 7lbs in total because i started low carbin from the monday and i didnt start exante until thursday and im doing workin solutions not easing my way in to total solution because my job is so physical not sure if 600 cals would be enough ... but now that im in ketosis because i only eating meat outside of my food packs im thinking maybe i may be ready we shall see .
    I also lost a inch all over but i had a coke zero and it still has me feeling bloated not sure if its a good choice for me

    So just tried makin choc cake thingy wuth my shake and hmmmmm it smelt likr cake even felt like it but choc taste was not really there but i didnt add a sweetner but felt like a late night treat!

    Good evening gigglepants! So my goal was to have 100% total solutions day but worked 11hour shift and omg i needed a lil extra! Today was choc orange nutrition bar shepherds pie and a small piece of grilled chicken so not too bad. Gona guzzle morr water before i try new toffee caramel shake! Did sneaky mornin weigh in im down another 1lb!

    Do ended up having chocolate mint not bad at all but have to admit do prefer the shakes thicker when blended with ice. I have a nutribullet which is awsome 1min snd voila
