    Smidge's Final Push!

    Today I counted all the packs left in the cupboard and turns out I have exactly 8 weeks of supplies to get through. Seeing as the mix of packs I have will leave me with a 20 day stretch of shakes only at the end, I think I'm going to find it tough! So that's why I have decided to start a diary, and hope that this along with all the amazing support on the forum will push me through to the bitter end

    Today has been a good day so far - 30 minutes gym to start the day, a shake, a bar and now I'm tucking into shepherd's pie, yum! Off to the bingo in a bit with the OH, luckily he'll probably drink beer and eat prawn cocktail crisps (both of which I hate), so no temptations there!

    Worrying a bit about tomorrow though, I'm going out to another office for work and although my boss has said he wants to leave before lunch someone else might suggest a work lunch and I might be thrown into an awkward situation. Hoping for the best!

    Haha! I don't know why we go, we never win (but everyone says that )

    Avoided the take-away, turned out to be fried chicken which is my fav! Oh well, in a few weeks I can treat myself I hope! Good day so far as well today, there was no suggestion of a lunch out at work so I've managed a TS day and I've just got back from the gym

    Well that's dinner done, spag bol not my fav but got to get through them

    Hi Smidge. Hope you managed to avoid the cake part of coffee and cake! Well done on counting out your packs and deciding to go TS again to get through them all. I'm back on TS today after a few weeks off for holidays, birthdays, etc. Going okay so far after a shake and a bar - might have either the been chilli or the carbonara tonight to finish on a high.

    Thank you! Luckily I did. For some reason the photo I put on didn't upload so I've done it now - you can see what I was up against!

    Today has been a good day though again, TS so far 3 packs down. Gym done and body pump this evening so I'm feeling pretty positive

    Off to my friends house now for a catch up, might treat myself to a cup of tea, can't do too much damage

    Yea that's what I thought! Didn't seem to do much damage and was worth it

    Well done for day 1, I'd agree give at time before you add in the exercise. Your body is already going through a lot! Good luck for day 2

    Meh! Disappointed in myself today. Started off great, did the gym and had a lunch meeting where I didn't nibble anything except my bar. Brought some nibbley bits home for my OH and when I got home from work ended up eating two little nuggets of chicken and two shortbread biccies

    In the past that would have been an excuse to just chuck in the towel but instead I'm sitting here eating my shepherds pie and I took the dog for a walk so hopefully all will be forgiven in the morning!

    Far better than me - royally failed last night. Munched on a handful of crisps, decided at that point that I'd blown it so stuffed my face with some duck and pancakes that the OH had.

    Back on it today though (albeit that I'm yet to have a packet) and still positive as scales are showing a 4lb loss already.

    Naughty us. Big slap on the wrist and let's get back on track!
