Total Solution Thin in 2014

Hi everyone. Returning for hopefully the final time. I've always struggled with my weight but have finally hit rock bottom weighing over 19stone. I've got my packs and I'm starting on the 2nd of jan. Hoping to stay on total solution until my birthday in May. Lots of mini targets to complete too. Like my work uniform actually fitting properly, I'm dreading another summer of keeping my jumper on because my shirt doesn't completely do up. Final weight goal is 10 stone which would be my biggest dream come true. Does anyone else have such a long way to go?
 
Hi and welcome back. I'm restarting on 2nd January too. I've got about 5 stone to lose. Let's hope that 2014 sees us both meet our goals! Good luck.
 
Hey yes I definately need a buddy to keep me on track so that sounds like a fab idea thank you :)
When are you starting or have you already? All the shakes are lined up to go I'm excited but so nervous about not sticking to it x
 
So here it is day 1. Just got on the scales, and felt slightly sick to see 19stone 7lbs. So angry with myself for letting it get this bad but I'm back. I've got a months worth of shakes to go so going to have the first one of those on the way to work. Maybe this time next week I can get back into the 18s - fingers crossed
 
Hey and welcome back! I too am re-starting of sorts after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing. Today is a new start and I just feel that this time it's going to happen. I have got about 7st to lose so I'm going to be around for a long time here :)
My plan is to be in TS until beginning of April when I'm going home for a fortnight to visit family. That's going to be tough but in itself is a major incentive. Fingers crossed.
Good luck on your new start, I'm sure you're going to be successful, once you get through the first couple of weeks and see those results, it'll keep you going.
 
Good luck on day 1, i restarted yesterday and have loads to lose so you wont be alone! x
 
Just had the first shake an it was ok actually so it's officially begun. I think this forum may just save me through this. Good luck to you both :)
 
Hi,
I'm beginning my weight loss journey on the 6th January as thats when it fits in best
I need to lose about 5 ish stone but I think I'll decide where my ideal weight is when I get closer to it
I've joined this forum because I need motivation and alot of it, hahaha my willpower lacks tremendously some times

Hi there! I started today too!!!!

I weighed in way too high today. Xmas looks like it gave me a whopping 11lb gain!!! Urgh!!!

Hoping for a stone loss over the next 2 weeks if possible!!! (Have done before)

I'll be following you guys for motivation as I nearly cracked this morning at the thought of not eating properly for a while!!

Hi everyone just finishing work and really starting to struggle. I won't give in because I want this too badly. Today was difficult especially my break when loads of people were eating mcdonalds and subways and I love subway salads. But I just stuck to my shake even when someone offered me a bottle of dr pepper which is my real love in life I refused. Home to bed I think. How is everyone else doing?
 
Well done on resisting! It will be worth it in the end :)
 
That's all I keep telling myself. My first mini goal is for my work uniform to fit properly. Couple of stone shifted and it will be baggy which will be amazing

Day 2 - I think today is going to be easier than yesterday, I think tomorrow's going to be the hard one. Just ordered a few extra packs,
Some porridge and the meals like curry and shepards pie just to see what they're like. Had a sneaky peek at the scales and already showing 3 and a half pounds less but I'm sticking to next thurs as official weigh in day. First shake here i come
 
Ah thank you, it's not easy but it was never going to be. I love your signature pic - that's what I shall tell myself today, nothing tastes as good as skinny feels :)
 
Bouillion - I think I may have found my saviour. Saw it mentioned a lot on here so thought I'd try it out. Just made my first cup and I think one of these in the evening may just be what I need to keep me on track!
