So here I am back in a different forum!

Trying different things as usual. Did exante a couple yearsago and lasted a couple weeks and lost just over a stone. Had a baby & got engaged & now I need to shift at least 4.5 stone by next July 2015. 4.5 stone takes me to 'overweight' instead of obese but it will still be a frantic change for me. If I get there early then another 2stone will be perfect!!!

I have experimented with 5:2 before Xmas and lost 7lbs in 3 weeks which wasn't made considering I only restricted 6 days in total.

However scales are shocking so I need a boost to start me off.

My aim is to stick to this for a week or 2 weeks and try to shift my 1st stone. Then do 5:2 for a bit and then another week or so of exante.

I have 8 weeks worth to use up.

It's 3pm so far and I've had the apple porridge which was surprising ok!

Gonna have veg soup in a bit.

So I'm doing this diary to make me accountable each day and make a note of how I'm feeling and why I need this to work this time!!!
 
Good luck hun. I'm getting married in less than 8 months so I'm trying to lose 4 and a half stone for then x

Omg. The Shepard pie is gross!!!!

Not only to look at but it's bloody horrid. Thankfully I've only had one pack today so I'll have a hot choc before bed. I only ain't about 1/4 of it.

Now thinking I should maybe have 2 packs a day & a meal with my family in the eve. Tonight was a struggle, & my other half doesn't like the fact that I cooked a lovely meal & then had to face that!!!

The weight will be slower but then I've got 18 months.

Anyone done this?
 
I don't like any of the meals but think I might find them more tolerable if I persist with them. I didn't used to like the soups (particularly the tomato one) or chocolate shakes but now find them OK. Can't imagine ever liking the chilli or mushroom risotto meals but I've still got quite a few left and am going to see how I go with them.
