Hi everyone, Happy New Year!
I began Exante TS today, for the 3rd, 4th, or is it 5th time now?! The New Year brings that needed boost though doesnt it?! I want to shift 2st 1lb by Spring/March 1st - ish
I am no stranger to VLCD's, and over the years I have lost lots of weight, but wandered off again only to return to old, bad habits No wiser as to why. Still, I am starting today at 12st 1lb, and my heaviest was 15st. My goal is 10!
The plan is to stay 100% TS. I think I will record weight and inches lost each week, and join challenges to keep me motivated! Aswell as stalk the boards, as I have been a lurker for over 2 years and know this place is a God send for support.
