    Hi everyone, Happy New Year!

    I began Exante TS today, for the 3rd, 4th, or is it 5th time now?! The New Year brings that needed boost though doesnt it?! I want to shift 2st 1lb by Spring/March 1st - ish

    I am no stranger to VLCD's, and over the years I have lost lots of weight, but wandered off again only to return to old, bad habits No wiser as to why. Still, I am starting today at 12st 1lb, and my heaviest was 15st. My goal is 10!

    The plan is to stay 100% TS. I think I will record weight and inches lost each week, and join challenges to keep me motivated! Aswell as stalk the boards, as I have been a lurker for over 2 years and know this place is a God send for support.

    I peeked at the scales this morning - 11.10

    Hungry last night and this morning, first time iv heard my belly rumble in a long time! The scales have boosted me ready for the hunger pangs today.

    I can't wait to see those numbers the other way around, in the 10s

    Just ordered a month supply of mixed shake bumper. I am hoping I only need 2 months if I can knuckle down. Really enjoy reading the success stories on here and looking at the amazing photos. Definitely keeps me focused

    Thank you All water I know, but the ball is rolling now!

    I just had a mushroom soup.

    That is never happening again lol. Today may be a 4 pack day as iv already had 3 packs. If I need another I will have it, better to do that than fall off the waggon with hunger

    Ham/eggs/chicken are a no-no because a nibble of food leads to disaster for me so I need to stay liquid only, until I can be trusted
