    New year and a new diary :-)

    My dieting with exante started back in July '13. I went from 17 ish stone to 14. Which I was delighted with but it all went a bit tits up with the lead up to Xmas and well the eating festival itself. So I wasn't really that shocked when I found I had gone up by 9lbs this morning. Only myself to blame.

    Today is day 1 of getting back into the swing of things. I'm too poor after Xmas to stock back up on exante products lol that will have to wait till the end of the month. For now I'll be calorie counting and having two exante products a day when I get more it'll be TS all the way

    Ok have to dash the other half is bugging me to go help with diy

    This week has been hard as there's still Xmas bikkies and chocolate about. I have been watching what I'm eating but it's definitely been a struggle. Roll on payday so I can go TS again. Just so much easier. Less chance of cheating because well everything is cheating on that lol. Not expecting much of a loss tomorrow. Hopefully it will be a loss and not more of a gain eep.

    My goal is to lose at least two stone by my friends wedding in April. Think I can manage that if I put the effort in. Fingers crossed and happy losing to everyone. We can do it. 2014 will be an excellent year I feel it in my bones.
    I ultimately wanna reach my overall goal by my birthday in October as I'll be 30 Wanna start my 30s in better shape than I did my 20s lol

    Week one of my restart complete Although I don't really count it as a restart just slowly weaning myself off Christmas eating lol. When I restart TS that will be my real reboot. Anywho enough waffling, drum roll please ...... This week I lost 3.4lbs which is awesome because I was a bit naughty this week lol. But I won't let it become an excuse to be naughty next week because I wanna lose more!!! To be back to 14st or smaller by the end of January would be amazeballs.
    Really glad to be on the right side of 14 and a half stone again.

    Well done on your first weeks loss SK! I actually think it's probably a better idea to do it the way you are, so it's hopefully not so much of a shock to your body in the first week of TS, especially if u start reducing your carbs. Good luck for the week ahead x
