Hello to anyone who reads my ramblings :)

Day 1 of my mission to reach my happy target again. I got there briefly last year on a VLCD, and it felt better than i can explain, but frustratingly I have already regained 2 of the 5 stones I lost because I got complacent and took my eye off things. Everything I promised myself went out of the window but if nothing else, I have learnt the biggest lessons.

I really need to do this, I tasted what it felt like and I want it back so bad.

Hello Minnie. As you say it feels so good when the weight comes off. Good luck, stay focused & you will be where you want to get to before you know it. You did it once so you can do it again.
 
Pride yourself on realizing its time to get back on the bike now before you put on all of the weight you worked so hard to lose. Well done!

Hi Lynne I made it through day 1 having 3 shakes and a small tin of drained tuna so I am relived! Day 2 and I have a splitting headache but am thinking it is probably coincidence because ketosis can't be happening yet surely. Maybe it's caffeine withdrawal.

I have had a warm banana milkshake so far and it was amazing, I am loving them. I did hop on the scales this morning. So far -3lb down and although it is water weight it helps :)

I hope you are all getting on well, I will catch up with diaries. Have a successful day x

Keep going Minnie, Not tried hot banana, just had a hot chocolate milk shake with added coffee. Not sure whether I liked it or not.
 
I hope your headache has eased Lynne. I had to have some paracetamol in the end and added coffee to my last milkshake incase it was from lack of caffeine but I feel ok now x

Thank you Susie, do you have a diary I can follow I can't seem to find one. It is only 3:25 but I have had 3 milkshakes and a tin of tuna today plus water. I feel fine again now. I will not fail at this, so if I struggle before bed I will drink more water, try milk-free tea and get to sleep early :) x
 
Do whatever it takes to get through the day Minnie. The headaches should go soon and are probably down to carb withdrawal rather than caffeine but it does go away.
Stay strong and keep drinking ;)
 
Hi Minnie, I don't have a diary, I have never had one that lasted more than a day in my entire life lol. Thought about doing one but not sure how often I would update it. I seem to have more luck writing in other peoples diaries lol. You know what, I might give it a go & see what happens. Drinking water will definitely keep the hunger pains at bay.
