Well,

Today was day one of my Exante TS diet.

Breakfast - : Apple & Cinnamon Porridge, made up with only 150ml of water. I tried it as it was and it was ok, more apple than cinnamon so I added a small amount of ground cinnamon and it was much nicer.

Lunch - : Toffee Caramel Shake, split into 3 to make coffee through out the day. Made the 1st coffee with 17g of shake powder and 70ml of Nesspresso Blue Lungo over ice. Nice but will make the next one with a stronger coffee as I struggled to taste the coffee over the shake.

2nd coffee made with 1/3 shake powder and a stronger coffee, still OK but I am struggling with an after taste from the shake.

Evening Meal - : Pasta carbonara, made as directed. Tried it and wasn't to impressed so added an extra 150ml of water and 1 tsp of curry powder. It made a nice soup with the pasta providing a nice bite.

Drinks : - I hade 1 250ml glass of Blackcurrent water. It was OK nice as a change from plain water.
1.5 lt of plain water.

Well here goes one of the big tests, cooking proper food for the kids. My wife is also on Exante TS so its only the 2 children who need real food. Off to cook some mince up, Spaghetti Bolognese today and possible Chilli tommorow. I just know I will want to pick as I cook.
 
Good that you are both on TS. You can keep an eye on each other. Stay strong
 
Well, managed to cook for the kids. It was hard not to eat/taste as I went but got there in the end.

Must stay strong, it's only day one!
 
Well done .. keep going your doing really well.. loved the coffee idea too.. might have to give that a try. :)

Hard cooking for others :-( I can't even lick a spoon or I fall off the wagon! Stay strong :)
 
Day 2

Breakfast - : Chocolate Shake 2/3 with 2 shots of Nespresso Arpeggio coffee topped up to 140ml. Very nice thicker than yesterdays coffee shakes.

Went for a run. 3.8Km in 26 min 414 cal burned. (will let you all know how I feel later)

Weight in 108Kg

Well done Chris you are doing great. I also have to cook meals for children and partner. Today feels 'easier' but I am touching wood. Have a good day x
 
Great start to the day Chris. Love how you give the shakes a cocktail feel to them when you describe their preparation. Have a good day
 
Day 2 Cont

Breakfast - : Chocolate Shake 2/3 with 2 shots of Nespresso Arpeggio coffee topped up to 140ml. Very nice thicker than yesterdays coffee shakes.

Lunch - : 1/3 Chocolate Shake 1/3 Toffee Shake 2 tsp of instant espresso powder 100ml cold water. nice consistency bit of an after taste think it might be the toffee shake noticed it a bit yesterday.

Snack - : 1/2 a tesco ultraslim bar to make up the the missing bits from the B-Fast and Lunch shakes. Very tasty and nice to chew something.

Evening Meal - : Curry. made as instructed, to thin to east as a meal so added 100ml of extra water and had it as a soup.

Well day 2 down, 1st day back at work tomorrow so lets see how that goes.

Good luck with work tomorrow :) I was pleasantly surprised to note than more than half of my work colleagues are on weird n wonderful diets. My first day back was today :)
 
Well, start of day 3.

I had a shocking night sleep. Legs are aching after my run yesterday and I have a headache to boot.

Guess I best get out of bed and have 1/2 a vanilla shake with coffee to start the day.
 
Well breakfast done, vanilla shake with coffee is nicer that toffee, but not as nice as chocolate.

4km on the treadmill. 1.5% incline 23.34 mins.
