My Last Desperate Attempt to Lose 3.5s for my Wedding 20.04.14

Hi All,

Iv been on Exante for a week now.. I started off at 12s 11 with a goal of getting to about 9s/ 9s7 depending on how I look when I get there!

Anyway iv managed to slug my way through to day 7 today and had my 1st weigh in and.....at the end of .......

Week 1 - total loss = 11 lbs!:D

Its been a hard first week but iv got there and now i just need to Keep Calm, Strong and Keep Going!

I need to do it this time... I have to think about my outfit, my special day, honeymoon and over all myself and self confidence!

I want nothing more than to feel and look good!

:) I will suceed!
 
Good luck with the diet CL, I'm sure with that sort of motivation you'll be 100% all the way.

I got to say... I'm completing day 7.... And i feel great!

Not hungry, not bothered about food.. Only get hunger pains when my next meal is due and once had I'm totally satisfied!

Roll on week 2! X
 
Well done on sticking with it. The results are worth it aren't they! 3.5s is achievable. Just keep thinking of how good you will feel on your wedding day & honeymoon. Now that the 1st week is over it should get easier.

Thanks x I hope so.. Xx can't wait for my big day biggest thing is to achieve this for myself but also my OH.

I have told him I'm on a another diet which he has heard every week since we been together 12 yrs lol, but he doesn't know I'm on Exante... I'm not seeing him till 24th as he is away and I plan on surprising him with what I hope to be a good loss by then... Fingers crossed! Xx
 
Oh no.... Messed up this evening and ate.... Wasn't even hungry but still ate! That's what happens when u visit family and the put food in front of u!

I should have been stronger and said no but I didn't!

Oh well... Back to the grind Tomo I guess! Won't let it stop me, just continue xx :(
 
These things happen. Start again tomorrow and tell your family you're not eating next time. Planning ahead adverts accidents.

I don't tell people what I'm doing exactly. I usually just say that I can't eat with them because I'm on a miserable strict diet and I need them to be supportive. Everyone has been so far.

Thanks! Back on today... Had my 1st bar at 11!

Seem to be doin ok ... I will have my shake at abt 3.

I have even brought my gym bag with me today .. I plan on goin straight after work ..so I will have my shepherds pie when I get back in tonight and then an early night!

Surprised, I haven't felt hungry all day considering I messed up y'day! No doubt I'm out of ketosis and won't dare weigh til next Tuesday now at the risk of disappointment but main thing is I'm back on track and ready to succeed!

I'm off to the gym straight from work to make up for the food I ate y'day! Will not leave till I work off at least 500cals!

Surprisingly really lookin forward to going! :)

Hi fab about your loss I had my weigh in day today was meant to be first but been weighing most days have taken the battery out now and given It to my partner so I can't weigh myself for a week but have lost 10lb however had a slip up as had a couple mouths off pizza and a few quavers today from My little one felt awful so I'm 100% back on it tomorrow!have found I'm not tired anymore so something must be working!
 
Thanks SM! Glad u found me initially made diary on Cambridge but decided to canx my appointment and continue with Exante as much cheaper and tastier so made new diary here once I learnt how lol.

Vicky, although u may feel guilty draw a line under the slip up and carry on with the diet as u were! I messed up y'day and was dreading the effect it would have on me today but have Magee fine! Even went gym and walked home burning 470 cals in total, didn't quite make the 500 but il take what I can! Feel sooooo good now, just had my last shake- vanilla warm with a half tea spoon of the Irish cream coffee I got off the site this week. Was yummy, just about managed to finish it!

Can't believe its Friday Tomo, half way there to next weigh in, no doubt weekend will fly!

Only thing is I have a party this sat... = lots of courses of Asian high cal food! I'm planning on taking my last bar with me as it's in the evening, drinkin water and dancing the night away!

I hope I can stay strong..!
 
Sneaky look at scales this morning... Still at 12s!

So Iv stayed the same since Tuesday.. Hope I get a loss on my next weigh in!

11 lbs in first week is great so wouldn't expect too much in 2nd especially after I cheated a bit! That will teach me! Lol

Still gona keep goin though! :)
 
On my lunch break now and just had my choc orange bar.. yum! Not feeling that hungry anymore lol...


Im gymin it again tonight xx
