Hi everyone! I am on this forum daily for motivation and inspiration and thought it would be a good idea to start writing a diary so that I can keep an eye on how I'm doing!

Starting weight: 11.12
Target weight: 10.00

Week 1: 11.2 (-10lbs!!!)

So I've had a very good first week and am over the moon with my first loss. Now I'm preparing myself for slightly lower losses but I can already see a difference in the mirror!

For the first week I tried a few of the packets, couldn't even bring myself to taste the curry as I found the smell so horrible!! I seem to have settled on a mix of the porridge, shepherds pie (yummy!) and strawberry shakes.

Looking forward to the next weigh in!
 
Hi Sammy, keeping a diary is definately a good way to help keep you on track. I have never kept one before but started one on here & it has helped so much. Well done on achieving such a good 1st week loss. I'm just about to order a curry as I really need some more variation, hopefully I will like it. My favourite is the porridge, could have that 3 x a day but that would be a bit boring. Have a good 2nd week x

Thank you both! I am a fan of the porridge too! I also love the chocolate orange bars- they feel like a treat!

100% total solution today!

Over the half way mark for week 2. Had a bit of a tough day and didn't feel great if I'm honest. Nothing a relaxing evening on the sofa couldn't sort out!
 
Well done Sammi, hope tomorrow is another good one.

Oh that's great Minnie! Have you got a diary? I'll have to have a little read! Hopefully we can get down through these 11s together!

Had a good day today! Stressed with a few other things but Day 12 is nearly over and another 100
% day :)

I don't think I've stuck for this long to a diet before! I'm normally awful and cheat.

Day 13?
 
Hi everyone!

Day 13 was quite hard, had friends over in the day. The kind of friends that we'd normally take out for food and drink and really indulge! But managed to stay in and have a cup of tea and be good!

Today has been another good day! I'm surprised at how long I've come without eating any conventional food. Feeling really positive!! Looking forward to the 2nd weigh in tomorrow although I've prepared myself for it to be a fairly low number, but every loss is a loss :)

I've decided to do the diet for a total of 8 weeks, so that means I'm already a 1/4 of the way through the diet! Hope everyone is having a good day. Xx

I really like that theory! 1/4 of the way through an 8 week stint. I'm going to apply that thinking too!! I only want to do 8 weeks :)

I know Minnie, it makes me feel better if I can break it down a bit!

I had my weigh in yesterday and had lost another 3lbs in my second week. Very happy with that! Nearly a whole stone lost in 2 weeks, it seems mad.
