I'm new to diets as such, and meal replacement is an alien concept, but nonetheless have just embarked on day 1 of an Exante bumper box! I want to lose two stones by mid April, in time for an occasion. I have a mega sweet tooth and am scared I will cave in as I will miss my sugary treats and wine too much! But I must stay strong! So far have had the apple and cinnamon porridge, which was very creamy, almost greasy but not totally gross... Will have a bar for lunch then mushroom risotto for tea
