Newbie's Exante Diary
I'm new to diets as such, and meal replacement is an alien concept, but nonetheless have just embarked on day 1 of an Exante bumper box! I want to lose two stones by mid April, in time for an occasion. I have a mega sweet tooth and am scared I will cave in as I will miss my sugary treats and wine too much! But I must stay strong! So far have had the apple and cinnamon porridge, which was very creamy, almost greasy but not totally gross... Will have a bar for lunch then mushroom risotto for tea

Good luck Alice. I'm on my 3rd week, I need to loose 2 stone by May too, so on the same boat as you, in my first week I lost 7lbs and then went off track.. Mind you I didn't go on this forum for a week so I wasn't motivated. Won't tKe long for you to loose it. Good luck :-)
Good luck getting through the first few days. You could have a really great first week loss and be loads nearer your goal if you do it 100% x
