Breakfast: Apple and cinnamon porridge. Yum yum yum. I really enjoyed this
Green tea

Lunch: chocolate and orange bar. Really enjoyed this also

Dinner: curry

Snack: bouillon
Green tea

2 litres of water

Day 2

Lunch: choc orange bar, green tea

Dinner: bolengese, zero noodles
Green tea

2 litres of water.

Finding the plan a lot easier this time round. I think it's because I feel like I'm eating proper meals and not shakes :)
 
Day 3

Breakfast: porridge

Snack: green tea

Lunch: fruit nut toffee bar
Green

Dinner: red bean chilli zero noodles

2 litres of water

I hate myself. Just went for lunch with work. It's a new job in a hr office and they were all going for lunch and they invited me. Nothing on menu would've done :( I'm not gonna eat rest of night and get back on tomorrow
 
Aw Charlie the early days are so tough. Try not to eat any more food & get straight back on it tomorrow.

Such a nuisance when there are no low carb options.
 
Didn't realised my partner had a sushi date planned. So I had sashimi tonight. Not to bad and the cinema. Back on tomorrow

So I came off plan over weekend but I've still be good. Two packs a day and healthy food. I.e lots of sushi and under 1000 cals a day.

Today I've lost 4lb this week. Bringing me to 9stone 3lbs :)
