I will be a yummy mummy ?
Day 1. I'm aiming for TS mon to thurs but May have 4 packs on days I'm struggling then WS fri to sun as i know I'll give up if I can't eat with my family on weekends.
Today I've had choc and orange bar, Cajun chicken with peppers rice and sweetcorn (smaller portion). I will have two shakes later to finish my day. I've drank 750ml water with the intention to drink another 750ml (I never drink water so starting slowly).
Feeling pretty upbeat about it so far as I've got a christening to attend in 3 weeks and a 30th/engagement party the week after so definitely giving me a kick up the bum to get serious with it.
I will struggle mainly with not having alcohol as I have a bit of a love hate relationship with wine and I will be going teetotal while doing exante. Which I know will be a struggle but I need to break the habit. I would like to lose 4 stone to be where I was when I met my hubby and pre kids. Need my body back. Wish me luck xxx
