Posted in the forum but thought I'd start a diary here, I need to keep myself accountable. Have started technically Monday although not 100% so counting today as Day one as getting weighed later!
So far I've had a toffee nut bar for late breakfast, and made an odd stodgy cake thing from porridge for a late lunch that was surprisingly edible! Was trying to make a cookie but it rose and was actually quite nice, felt like I was eating some proper food. Didn't fill me up like the shakes do though. Have had two of the odd new skinny cans of coke zero and 1 litre of water, going to push the water over the remainder of the afternoon.
I'm getting married in May and need to look thinner in my photos else I know I'll hate them! Haven't even bought a dress yet I'm going to be around 11st tonight, possibly a few pounds over. I want to be around 9st 7 for our wedding.
