I have decided to keep a diary of my journey on exante
Day 1 Weight 245lb - 17stone 7lbs
Today was good had a shake for breakfast and a shake around 4pm. Went to bingo on the night with friends and took my bar but there was a guy eating a bbq chicken melt my mouth was watering but i was strong and ate my bar was so proud of myself!
I woke up had my shake and went to the hairdressers had my bar while i was there and went and booked my holiday to magaluf for 12 weeks time!! i went really ill while round my friends came back had my bar and a bottle of water and went to bed with a banging head!
totm!!!!! now my losses wont be good this week because of this! not had a shake yet still on my first bottle of water feeling a little better today but just gutted because the evil witch has come to visit
Well done on getting the 1st few days under your belt.
Stick with it & it will get easier. You still have 4 days till weigh-in so don't worry about your loss. You will still lose even with TOTM.
Try & think of the positives & that will help you get through the 1st weeks.
Nausea & headaches are part & parcel for the 1st 3-4 days. Keep drinking cos it will help x

5.11.14: RESTART WEIGHT FOLLOWING HOLIDAY & 4/52 off plan with a bit of WS - ( hopefully lower 13s )
1.12.14: Month 1 - lbs lost, inches lost
1.01.15: Month 2 - lbs lost, inches lost
1.02.15: Month 3 - lbs lost, inches lost
I agree the first few days are hard. Don't focus too much on your losses this week, think of this has doing something more long term, you will lose weight so try not to get stressed. If you are really brave ditch the scales for a few weeks and then check your results.
