    Hello

    I thought I would start a diary to help me along my journey and keep track of how I am doing

    A bit about me... I'm 25 (26 in May) and have always been a curvy girl. I got married almost 3 years ago and since, I succumbed to the being happily in love and eating what I want routine with my husband. But now it is time for me to take charge.

    Why am I here...aside from being sick of being unhappy with myself and the way I look, I am doing this for IVF. We have been on the waiting list for 2 years and now we are finally almost at the top of the list! We are due to start around August this year and my weight needs to come down as much as possible so I am in the best shape i can be. My BMi needs to be less than 30. It's currently 30.4. But I want to go as far below this as I can.

    I chose exante because I struggle with stopping a bad day off plan to turning into a bad week or four off plan. I need strictness and TS seemed a no brained for me to start losing weight and re educating my outlook on food and diet.

    Anyway, this is day one. And I've survived!

    I had the Thai chicken soup pack for lunch, which was nice to taste but a really strange consistancy... More blending next time maybe.
    I had shepherds pie for dinner, which was really good. I found myself slowing down and enjoying it rather then wolfing it down without a second thought in front of the tv.
    I had the orange and chocolate bar for my evening snack which is definitely my favourite so far!

    My start weight is 12st 5lbs. My weight check at hospital is on 15th April...

    Today was a banana shake for breakfast, apple and cinnamon porridge for lunch and choc mint shake for dinner.

    Really struggled today with pounding headache and hunger pangs

    Hi Dee, the headache will pass. It will get a bit easier after the first 3-4 days so hang in there. Drinking plenty of fluids will help a bit x
