    I can do this!

    I refuse to keep stopping and starting because I have no real will power. This is it. I can do it! So I haven't weighed myself, as I want to FEEL the weight coming off instead of seeing it on the scales. Don't wanna revert back to my old teenage habit of weighing myself every couple of hours!
    So this is day 1 for the umpteenth time and still haven't caved and am managing so far not to pick at work. Always a good start.
    This I guess is gonna be my journal. Hoping to write this everyday.
    Day 1: woke up feeling positive knowing that today was gonna be the last time I restart this diet for a long long time! 7.30 and managing it fine so far. Quite looking forward to the banana shake I have left and deciding when to have it! Quite craving some bouillon but I shall make some tea again! Hope to finish the 2 litre bottle of fizzy water before I go to bed! Anyway should probably get back to work now. Hope everyone's day has been fabulous and thankyou for all the support you've unknowingly given me and for the kick up the bum I needed. x

    So day 2 and am surprised I haven't fell off the wagon like the numerous other attempts! Makes me feel quite good. But my body is screaming at me to eat. Trying to ignore it! I made my OH toast earlier and toast had never smelt so good! Normally I'm 'the rat' that takes a bite out of a slice but didn't so surprised the both of us! Sounds like ketosis stops you from being hungry so can't wait for that to kick in! Saving my third product til just before bed with the hopes that I won't wake up like this morning with a massive hunger pains!

    Well done on getting through day too :-D you're almost through the 3 day itch and on your way to completing your first week!

    Whenever I smell something that smells really good e.g toast, I just tell myself do I really want to throw all this hard work away for a piece of toast? I can guarantee the answer is always NO!! It's just not worth it.

    Keep it up, you're doing so well xx

    For a second I thought I was in ketosis. Haven't been hungry all day and didn't have my first pack til 4. But now my stomach is rumbling and I feel quite sick from hunger. I'm guessing I'm not quite there yet!

    Day 4! Definitely convinced I'm in ketosis now! Have ordered some ketostix so I'll know for sure in 3-5 working days have also ordered scales! I decided I wanted to see the weight loss and monitor it. Just hope I don't get too obsessed with stepping on them! Feels like it's gonna be a good day hope everyone's day is going wonderful x
