The "Gotta get thin so we can have IVF" diary

Hya Everyone! Brief introduction for you, im Carly and eek, Im getting married in 22 days!! Im not starting this journey to get into a wedding dress, but I am doing this so I can get my BMI under 30 so I will be eligable for IVF treatment. My future wife and I have realised we have to make major changes in our life if we want a family of our own so her I am!

Ive tried pretty much every diet going, but after a friend in work lost a stone in 3 weeks on Exante i decided to give it a try. 3 weeks later and I am down 16lbs! I know its going to be hard, I know its a long term commitment but im ready for it.

    Start Weight 21/02/14:
    16st 4lb
    Week 3 weight 14/03/14: 15st 2lb

    Lets do this
    Multistar

Goal 1: Find a plan that works
Goal 2: Lose that 1st stone

Goal 3: Get that BMI down to 28 ready for IVF....
