Hi everyone,
Just thought I would start a diary on here to try and keep me on this VLCD for the last time! I have done a VLCD in 2012 and lost 3st in about four months, this was great but you know what it's like as soon as you take your eye off the ball the weight is back on! So this time I am more determined than ever to reach my goal and then stay there! I'm in day four of TS and this has been the toughest day by far, but i have been 100% so far and I'm not giving up this easily! I'm going to try and post on here every day so I can track my progress.
 
Welcome and good luck! Keep going.. The first week is always the hardest as you will probably know from last time and then it gets much easier xx

Well half way through day 5 now (woop woop) and it's going good! I must admit tho that I am dreading the weekend as thesis the time I always manage to fall off the wagon! I'm going to try and distract myself as mush as I can as I know that if I make it through the weekend with no slips then I've smashed it! Hope everyone else's weekend goes ok
 
Well I'm nearly finished day 7 now and I'm feeling quite proud of myself! Even went to a wedding party last night and didn't even feel tempted by the buffet! I've taken some measurements and I'm going to re-measure in four weeks time, can't wait to see the inches disappear! x

getting the first week under your belt is a major achievement and well done for surviving the dreaded weekend xx
 
Well done on resisting last night & on reaching week two. Those inches will disappear in no time x

Hi everyone

Just wanted to say thanks for all the support I have been given on this website! You are all very encouraging! I have decided to take a different approach to my weight loss this time and I am not going to weigh myself for at least four weeks, I know this might sound a bit scary to some of you but I get into being a bit of a serial weigher and I start weighing myself every day. When the numbers are going down its great but if they don't move or i weigh heavier at any point I just fall off the wagon and that's that! Sooo here it goes... My first official weigh date will be the 20th April

I completely understand about your situation cause I am the same. Good luck and carry on. 20th of April is just round the corner.
 
If you get upset about weight fluctuations its a good idea to try monthly weigh in, A couple of us on here have done it before & Darcy is still doing it.

I am trying the daily WI for a bit & will see how it goes.x

Hi Susie,

I think until I get my weight down a bit I'm going to stick to a monthly weigh in- I want to lose 3-4 stone so night do it for 3 months x
 
Well it's day 9 today and I feel fantastic! Not craving any sort of food at all and I have loads of energy! Hope every1 is having a good day

Hi Amy. Its not stupid at all. Sticking to this diet is tough so well done.

I'm doing fine now thanks. Had the occasional food thoughts but still TSing :) x
