T's and no scales
Hi everyone, I started Monday finding it harder than I thought it would be, temptation is everywhere and was hoping by day 4 I would be in ketosis but woke up hungryer than ever!!
Whenever I'm on a diet I get obsessed by the scales and how much i loose so this time I don't own any scales and doing exante to loose weight (5 stone) and feel better, no weekly weigh in to get disappointed in.
Anyone else doing this? Or have any tips for a long day 4 ahead?
