I didn't really know if it was right to start a diary being a newbie, but my thinking is that it might help me as much as anyone else if I have somewhere to write down how I am getting on each day.
Day 1 is today. Over the last few weeks I have tried a few days here and there of Exante and managed to stick to them, which I find absolutely amazing since I haven't managed to stick to any kind of diet over the last approx 4 years and have just piled and piled the pounds on. It is such a relief to find something that feels like it will work . I think the massive variety of products is the main reason why.
I have tried LT previous and could only do a couple of weeks. It is so restrictive and the mere thought of some of the LT shakes makes me want to vomit.
I am mostly going to be having bars and shakes, just being able to chew something really helps. I don't love the meals but again I love having the variety and the option to have something hot other than a soup so they will come in handy.
I will post some pics at some point, I have only just joined so still getting to grips with how it all works.
