    Diary of a daily weigher

    I am on day 6 and have been 100% so far.

    I gave a 9 week old baby and a 3 year old I am aiming to loose as much as I can before my maternity leave is over so about November is my aim.

    I started on Tuesday 6/5/14

    Starting weight

    06/05/14 - 19st 1.6lbs
    07/05/14 - 18st 13lbs
    08/05/14 - 18st 10.6lbs
    09/05/14 - 18st 9.6lbs
    10/05/14 - 18st 8.4lbs
    11/05/14 - 18st 7.2lbs

    So nearly 8 1/2lbs lost, 1 more day till my official weigh in day

    Hopefully! Just sitting at my parents where my husband and son tuck into a roast dinner with the rest of my family and its killing me. But I want to loose weight, I strangely feel slightly smaller already and it feels good...

    Had the spaghetti bolognaise last night, again, I disliked it. Really dont like the savoury! The spaghetti is such a weird and horrible consistency

    Still got the shepherds pie, all the soups and bean chilli to try. I didnt like the turkey dinner, carbonara and the bolognaise

    Ha I will be lucky my 2nd weeks dont get up to much. I was 16st 10lbs when I found out I was pregnant and that was just after my holiday, so that's my first challenge. ..

    Am intersted in seeing how someone elses daily weigh in goes.

    I also weigh daily (and know I shouldn't) but find it does keep me focussed. I plateaued for few weeks once I lost a stone and now another 10lbs lighter again am at a plateau.
    I've been 100% since sat (had meal and drinks with friends on fri eve) and scales have refused to budge even an ounce.

    Very frustrated with it all but want to stay focussed!

    Im quite new to it and this is my first sts. We are our own works enemy's daily weighing lol we wouldn't even know about a platue if we didn't weigh daily lol

    Your body is prob just fighting it lol I know once I get yo a certain weigh, way lower than this it seems extra hard to even get a lb off. I wasnt doing this diet the last time though lol

    Just stick with it, scales will go down at some point xx
