Ok so I have been bimbling along for past few weeks/months and really need to up the anti now so have decided I am going to challenge myself to being 100% and having only the 3 shakes a day.
I have an engagement party 2nd Aug and am also off on hols for 2 weeks 24th Aug so really need to shift this weight and this will be my focus.
Am going to add a diary entry each day even if this is just my weigh in as will also be weighing each day.
If anyone would like to join me then please feel free!
