    Hello minis

    im starting on the 30th July and I really cannot wait, I have gave exante a go before only a weeks worth and gave up after a day. I think mentally I wasn't prepared and had so much happening in my life back then.

    I don't really have any support other than just you lovely people. So I shall see you all bright and early on Wednesday.

    RE-START 01.01.2015

    Goals for 2015:

    1. TS for 31 days till holiday - (target loss 20lb & into the 13s
    )
    2. Limit holiday gain to 7lb - (achievable as mainly a walking holiday)
    3. TS for 42 days till Easter - ( target loss 21lb & into the 12s)
    4. Week off plan
    5. TS till 11st 7lb reached - (hopefully by end of June)
    6. Slimming World till target loss of 10st (by November)
    7. Maintenance plan (not sure how yet
    )

    Slight hiccup - Ive decided to start my packs on Monday 4th I was doing so well was on my 3rd pack I hope Monday is like today.

    It's my good friends birthday Weekend Tomm and we are staying the weekend in dorking (surrey hills hotel) I was hoping I could rely on coke zero and my packs but in all honesty I don't think I want to go round explaining to everyone about my diet etc so I've decided Monday 4th is just perfect.

    Not a good start but I'm not giving up just yet.

    Day 1 - just had my 1st pack bit bleurgh but it'll have to do.

    I'll be popping in and out as and when I can just wanted to keep an online diary as well as my personal one just so I can jot my thoughts and feelings.

    So yes day 1 and feeling quite positive 😊 let's get this thing called "losing weight" underway!!
