Day 1 Exante TS - Get trim for New Year
Hi everyone you can read a bit more about me in the link in my signature as I just made an intro thread.
But I'm back after a long break and I want to lose 6 stone by New Year.
I currently weigh 19stone and 12.5ibs.
I'm 32 now and not getting any younger and I want to enjoy the feeling of having confidence speaking to people I like and buying clothes I like not just clothes that are the biggest in the store because they fit me (badly usually!).
I was given Exante by my sister after she started it but decided it wasn't for her, so was an unexpected start back on TS but I think sometimes the random kind of moments work out well.
Already had first boulder thrown in the way as I've approached end of day 1 - someone phones me to remind me we've got a family barbecue coming up on Saturday. Was so looking forward to drinking and eating there.
But it'll all be worth it come New Year! I'm going to share my updates here to keep me on track.
