From Cambridge to SW to Exante! Maybe this one will work ;-)
So here we are, another new beginning!
I think I have lost count the amount of journals I have had... and how many I have asked to be deleted after the failings!
So a bit of back ground- always been between 12-14st Sizes 14-18
Got to 16.3 in Jan 2011, was 14.2 by Feb, lost it with 10 days on CD then SW. Maintained at 14.2 until Jan 2012, got to 13.6 on sw, then weight has now crept back up to 15st ...How embarrassing, but I am going to be honest.
So I have ordered 5 days worth of Exante products to see how I go. Waiting for them to arrive but I wanted to start today. I am doing Exante 'man plan' although tbh, I am only having 3 products a day, just allowing myself tea and coffee with milk and 1 coke zero a day.
I know I wont get into ketosis, but that doesn't bother me.
I am aiming to do this plan for 3-5 weeks and thats it, I want to do it as a 'boost' I want to be 12.13 by Thursday 23rd Oct. Thats my aim, and Thurs will be my weigh in days.
These are my 'mini' goals-
14.10 TO 14.7 TO 14.2 TO 13.10 TO 13.6 TO 13.2 FINALLY 12.13
Today, whilst I am waiting for my products to arrive (should be here by Sat at the latest) I am having the following-
Drink wise- tea, coffee and peppermint tea
5-8 pints of water
2 slim fast meal replacement bars (210 cals each) I tried a Boots slim and save shake and it was disgusting, I could stomach cd and slim fast shakes but boots was foul.
So there we go!
Water- 3 pints
Pepper mint tea- 2 cups
Coffee's- 2 cups
