    Missmoss new start new diary!

    Back again! Still got upwards of 6 stone to lose, started a new diary, was depressing looking at the old one and how many times I fell off the wagon!! I'm back in work end of oct after being on maternity leave and.......my uniform dosnt fit! Arghhh!!!! have 5 weeks now to try and lose as much as possible to fit into it!!! ?. No more excuses!! Fed up of feeling fed up, I have got a lovely husband and three beautiful children, I should be enjoying everyday! Nobody can make the change but me. Here I go!!! ? xxx

    Day one (again)

    Weight this morning 16st 5lbs!!! Shameful! But the last time I will see that number on the scale!

    I saw a pic someone took of me over the weekend and honestly didn't recognise myself! I know it's daft because at that weight and only 5'4 I'm bound to look a right fat mess. I must have been in denial these last few years as the weight has gradually crept back on, thinking "I dont really look THAT different" or that nobody has really noticed! Who am I trying to kid!!!

    Time to turn things around!! I'm about to have my first vanilla shake, I like it warm with coffee. Will use up the supplies I have here from my numerous last attempts before I order more. I'm mostly a vanilla shake and bar girl but might be adventurous and give some of the other products a go when I order more. Off to read some diaries now, I always find it motivating to read other peoples journeys and know I'm not alone in this!! Xx

    Hey, first up well done on giving it another go. This isn't my first time, but this time I feel it is different. It doesn't matter how many times we get up and start again.. we only have to see it through to the end once (and stay there) for it to be worth it!

    What you said about not recognising yourself I can completely relate to!! I was exactly the same thinking that I hadn't changed that much. I avoided having my picture taken but after going away for a weekend with my family and seeing the pictures of me in the background.. well they were awful. If I hadn't deleted them I might have put one up on the fridge as a reminder, lol.

    I love my vanilla shakes with coffee too, hehe. Good luck!

    Awww thank you Phoenix! You are right the important thing is to keep trying. I always feel ashamed after each failed attempt. I hope you are getting on well with the diet, will have a read of your diary later.

    So day one has been fine, no issues! in fact if anything I feel really upbeat and positive. I think it's because I've had a good day, no crappy food which always makes me feel guilty, which in turn makes me miserable followed by stressing that I can't get some control over my eating!!

    Had my second shake after the school run, again it was vanilla warm with coffee. Have had 2 litres of water so far. All the kids are in bed so it's time for a nice bubble bath while hubby had somthing yummy for tea, then I will have my bar and a coke zero with my feet up infront of the TV before it starts all over again tomorrow xx

    Day 2

    Still to have my first shake, will be vanilla with coffee again. I've just got back from the school run and picking up my mothers birthday pressi. Will just feed the baby and settle her for nap, then set up the train set, as requested by 2 year old. I might then have a quick ten mins to myself lol.

    Feeling ok so far, woke up with a bit of a headache this morning think I need to up my water intake, don't usually struggle with the water but just couldn't manage it yesterday. Really glad I got through yesterday, I've lost count of how many day 1's I've had over the last few weeks/months, usually fail around 4pm so glad I got through it! Bit anxious about this afternoon, going over to my mothers after picking the eldest from school, having a little tea party as it's her birthday, she knows I'm on this diet so won't be offended that I'm not eating, if anything she will tell me off if I have anything! But I know I'm gonna be faced with so many of my fav goodies! Really hope I can resist!!

    Right, duty calls! Off to sort the kids. Hope everyone is having a good day! Xx

    Day 3

    Feeling good this morning as my children all sept through till 7am!! Lovely!! Hubby off today so he's done the school run, much less stressful in the mornings when I haven't got to rush and get myself and all 3 ready by 8.30.

    Had my mothers little tea party yesterday! I must confess that I did have somthing to eat, I only had 2 small sausage rolls (my mothers own, they are lovely and are only ever made on special occasions) also had a tiny piece of birthday cake. Ok I know not exactly in line with the diet but I'm happy with my decision, and am pleased that I left it there! Self control at last lol!!

    So another TS day today, will have my first shake bit later. Today will be spent decorating inbetween entertaining the kids.

    Need to order more products tonight no bars left after today. I'm not very adventurous usually just vanilla shake and bars. Hmmmm thinking about the sausage and egg mix but wondering if they are too good to be true?! Xx

    So day 5 already!! Haven't updated last couple of days just been really busy, but pleased to say have been 100% TS. I even managed the weekly shop yesterday without feeling too sorry for myself.

    Just having my first shake of the day (vanilla with coffee again lol) I really need to try and order more packs tonight, have run out of the bars and am missing them, that's my treat of an evening with a can of coke zero!

    Busy day today, toddler and parent group this afternoon before picking up my eldest from school. I'm not usually one for groups, can be a bit shy (tho people that know me would never think of me as shy) but my 2 year old loves going! Then got to take my eldest to a dr app after school then straight to his swimming lesson then home, tea, bath the other two bedtime, tidy up then WINE! oh I mean, can of coke zero!

    I nearly had a wobble earlier just really fancied some choc! Managed to resist woo hoo!! Go me!! Think the thought if my uniform still not fitting has spurred me on, only 5 weeks to go till I'm back in work!!! Arghhh!! I hope I can lose enough by then, it fits over boobs but not over the post 3 babies belly!!! :/

    I hope you all are having a good day and sticking with it!!! Don't give up keep going, will be sooooooooooo worth it. Will attempt to have a read of some diaries before little mr and miss start demanding my attention x

    Well done Miss your doing great, You probably wont have noticed yet but I bet ketosis is kicking in OR already in and hunger will slowly be subsiding.....Now its just getting out of the eating habit and accepting this is your diet for the next few weeks.

    My evening "Meal" consists of a sugar free 10cal jelly pot and coke zero and i find this fills a small void - if you find it really hard I find im able to have a boiled egg. (Although i try to avoid it).

    Not updated diary for a few days, the eldest brought a bug home from school with him!! Starting to feel a bit more human by this morning. Have been off plan. Not gone mad haven't really had an appetite but did not fancy my shakes! Mostly been eating soup and dry toast. Will see how today goes as I'm still not 100% xx

    Last time I did this diet I had the same problem when one of my lads brought a bug home, I have to confess I was naughty and soldiered on with the diet and lost 9ibs that week! By the way this isnt aimed at criticising you, its more aimed at saying how stupid I was!

    Not updated for a while just been bonkers here, with everyone Sick. Fingers crossed the horrible bug that has plaqued this house lately has finally gone!! It's gone from one person the the next and back again!! I've been back TS since fri and getting my mojo back! I haven't weighed, It was a conscious decision when I restarted not to weigh till my uniform fits again. I can feel the difference tho, not back in my jeans yet but clothes feeling a little looser and I've lost that horrible bloated feeling.

    I hope everyone is doing ok, will try and catch up with diaries today. Xxxx
