    Gothicess- trying so hard

    Ok so please be gentle with me this is my first ever attempt to write about anything I'm doing!
    So here's about me. I'm a stay at home mum to 3 girls a 4and a half year old who started school this year and 18 month old twins.
    Basically I didn't really put weight on whilst pregnant with the twins as I don't think anything stayed in my stomach for more than 5 minutes all the way through! But 18 months later after fully devoting myself to the girls I found myself unhappy with "me".
    So I've decided to jump onto exante and shift this weight. My ultimate goal being back in the 11 stones by Xmas (if that's even possible) I'm in the 14s now and I am 6 ft tall.
    I have the full support of a wonderful hubby and I am now on day 14. But exante still haven't deliver my order and I'm out of packs and having to substitute with atkins !!
    Actually it's really annoying and their customer service has been unfortunately poor. I ordered last Sunday for next day delivery and yes I'm still waiting. It took until I emailed them 3 times to tell me that they were out of stock. But not offering me any help in the meantime.
    So basically I am waiting waiting waiting!
    Anyway that's a little about what I'm doing. I hope it's not too boring!

    That's a bit rubbish, I hope they sort it out. I ordered mine last Tuesday and it arrived on Friday, was also supposed to be next day delivery. Jeez, I bet twins are hard work, I struggle with a 2 year old and a 5 month old
    Pre pregnancy weight - 17st0lb (Sept 13)
    followed slimming world until GD diagnosis
    weight at 39 weeks - 17st7lb (May 14)

    Next day delivery seems to be a bit of a farce then really!! They should realise that we kinda rely on them. ?
    Twins is interesting to say the least especially as they are moving around a lot now !

    (lost 19.25 lbs) weight 14s exactly so 0.75lb short of target.
    2. Limit holiday gain to 7lb - achievable as mainly a walking hols
    ( Achieved - had a gain of 6.5lb, very happy with that)
    3. WS for 6 days-commenced 2.3.15
    4. TS for 26 days till Easter - ( target loss 18lb & well into 13s)
    5. Week slimming world as food week
    6. TS till 11st 7lb reached - ( by end of July)
    7. Slimming World till target weight of 10st (by 27.9.15. & holiday in Greece)

    8. Fit into size 12 jeans
    9. Maintenance plan (not sure how yet
    )

    Hiya

    No I did do lighter life 6 years ago and lost 6 and a half stone. But what with babies and things it's just crept back on slowly. Not that I'm anywhere near I was before LL x
    Having my twins is lovely when they are not fighting lol x

    Hi all

    I'm sorry I've been away from here but I've just been so down about everything. TOTM came and has just gone so that's one reason I was down. But also I seem to have put weight on??! And honestly I have been 100%. I just don't understand it. People have noticed I've lost weight but nothing is showing on the scales except a gain. ?so now I'm back here. Seeing how brill everyone else is doing which is fab xx

    Sometimes TOTM can make us show a gain because of water retention and bloating. It can be so frustrating to see no movement or wrong movement on the scales but keep going and I'm sure you'll see a nice loss very soon!

    So today. Yet again not feeling very positive as the scales still show no loss ??
    I've got till the 21st of November to reach a target of loosing another stone and a half. And that just looks less and less likely. Just wish I knew what was going on. Come on weight loss being it on!!!?

    Im on about 3 litres a day and over. And having the porridge a carbonara and a bar a day. Maybe I'll give the shakes another go. Not a fan but maybe it will help x

    That's unusual have you ever had a problem like that with weight loss before? If two weeks pass with no weight loss, then I would actually be concerned and go and see a dr, but if it's a matter of days, out bodies can play catch up. It is impossible not to lose weight eating what you are. Also stress inhibits weight loss, but regardless your energy in is so low not to see one. Do you take measurements too? When did you last see a loss? Try as much as you can to believe in yourself and stay positive x
