    A fresh Start

    Im on day two and feeling positive.. As ive been in this position before Im just looking forward to ketosis.. Just had a black coffee and will be off to work with a couple of packs.. X

    Oh for crying out load I have got to work and forgotten my shaker. Its either go hungry until 5 o clock or go upstairs to the kitchen and draw attention to myself as the fatty on another diet again.. How crap!!!!!!

    I have started again and have reached day 3 .. This is usually when my brain starts to interefere with any excuses it can to stop.. I am determined it wont happen today x

    Good luck SuperNova. No excuses. Just think how horrendous it'd be to be just about in ketosis and then have to start again. You can do it!!

    Susie I can see that you have recently restarted too. Are you really waiting until the 1st Dec to weigh? Good luck with your first week. I can see that your goal weight is the same as mine and that we are about the same starting weight, maybe we can keep each other up to date for an extra bit of inspiration?

    This month I will weigh in on the 1st of December as I am fed up with seeing the scales go up & down. Once I get this month over & done with I think I will go back to weekly weigh in.

    Hi Susie.. Yeah Im going to weigh every Sunday morning. Mainly to keep me on track over the weekend. Your idea of the month weigh in sounds good. You will see such a big loss in one go that it should really inspire you to keep going! I think im going to be ok this time although I have just had a second shake and I feel so hungry. Im definatly looking forward to ketosis. Good luck to you with the next few days. Are you in Ketosis yet or do you feel like you will be there soon?

    Don't think I'm in ketosis yet but then again I haven't been getting the typical headache the last couple of restarts. Drinking lots and not that hungry today so probably will be in ketosis by tomorrow.

    Thats what i'm hoping for by waiting till December to weigh. A nice big loss then one month to go before xmas.

    Hope your hunger passes soon. I have been slicing a bar up into small pieces and nibbling at it throughout the day on days that the hunger has appeared and having a bouillon drink often helps x

    Ive just tested with a ketone stick and im slighty in Ketosis. Thats all the inspiration I need. If I get past today by tomorrow I will be able to say ive reached my first goal. Bars def fill me up better than anything else. I sometimes split mine too. Hope the Ketosis fairy arrives for you tomorrow too ��

    Oh for crying out loud!! I was really looking forward to having somthing ( even if it was just a pack ) to eat so I thought Id have a try of the sausage.. Yuk yuk yuk yuk yuk!! What is the point of a sausage by itself? Especially if it is made of powder and then burned!! Just some more water and an early nt to look forward to now yippee!! Hope I feel better tomorrow.. Im not gonna give up tho!!!!!
