Hi everyone, well I have ordered a 2 week starter pack and just waiting on it to arrive. Quite hesitant as I have never done this kind of diet before but think I need to cut out all conventional food to take the urge away. I quit smoking 2 months ago and have gained over 1 stone to my already overweight figure so 6 stone to lose hoping exante works for me eek!

Hi and thank you for the kind welcomes. I placed my order at the weekend and I am now just waiting on my 2 week pack to arrive before starting.
Slightly disappointed that it still isn't showing as dispatched yet but I guess I am just eager to get started

That's good, looking forward to reading about your progress Anya. The first few days can be tough so try to drink plenty of fluid, it helps with the hunger & headache that you may get before you get into ketosis. It really is worth it though x
