Total Solution Trijian's Exante Diary

I'm just reaching the end of week 1, I suppose I should have started this earlier, but just wanted to get through it really!

It's been a bit crazy for the first week, but I have enjoyed the products so far. Huge fan of the meals and soups, not going so much on the bars, and the shakes are hit and miss. Think next time I'll put my own pack together, rather than buying a bumper pack.

I'm hoping for around 7lbs when I weigh in tomorrow morning, fingers crossed!

I'll admit I did have a small blip on Friday, which was day 3, but carried on plan since then, and just hoping for the best. My main concern is at times I still do kinda feel hungry, feel like I shouldn't do by now.

Well done! That's a great loss - you can do this.

Chocolate shake for my breakfast too :D have a great day!

Decided today is spice day, getting both the ones I find a bit spicy out of the way today, Thai Chicken soup and Red Bean Chilli, then have the non-spicy stuff for the rest of the week.

I've officially tried every thing in my pack now with the soup being the last thing left, and so far generally ok other than the bars. Going to start building my shopping list for when the 6 weeks end. Concerned about my Food Week now too, worried about what I can/should eat, or whether I just go with milk.

That's an excellent loss Trijian, well done. I wouldn't worry too much about food week. Wait & see how you feel about it closer to the time x

Loved my chilli for dinner again tonight, one of my favourites definitely. Even made my OH a batch of chocolate fudge cupcakes after work, and not even slightly tempted to have one, even though the house smells of fresh cakes now!

I've had another 'allergic' reaction at work tonight too, last week was my top lip, this week is my bottom lip. Sadly manager wasn't in, but it's bringing me down seeing my face get disfigured like this when they should be working to fix it. It seems to be some kind of insect bites, as I get them on my arms too, but don't know what I can do about it :(

Sorry to hear you're not having a good day, maybe have something low carb? Like egg or chicken and see if that helps the cravings?

Or you could try drinking more water or coffee, see if maybe they are worse because you're thirsty? I hope you feel better soon x

Well done on your loss, sounds like you've had a great first week. How are the cravings today? As suggested trying something low carb sometimes helps or the Exante drinks mix is good, quite sweet so helps if your craving sonething sweet.

You could try drinking bouillon which is also allowed. Sometimes helps me through times of temptations. Hope the cravings have passed

I ended up having a bag of crisps yesterday afternoon :( But still stayed on plan, hoping for something not too bad this week. I'd kinda hoped for 6lb loss this week to make up the 1 stone, but can only wait and see at this point.

Suffering with sore throat too today, seems to be one of those viruses going round at work, can barely talk or swallow but getting by. Tough when you work in a call centre!

Survived the weekend, still on plan 100%, even though I made another batch of chocolate cupcakes!

Starting to actually see the losses on the scales. I wish I didn't weigh every day, but it's bordering on obsessive for me now. Almost at the target I set myself for the week, but only Wednesday's weigh-in matters.

However, I have some success today: Managed to do my bike trousers up fully for the first time! Past couple of weeks I've just been half-zipping them and tightening the belt to keep them up, but managed to get clasp, popper and zip today! They're a size 24, but a very small 24, the lady in the shop even said to go 2-3 sizes higher in trousers than normal, considering I'm a 20-22 in most things. I'm landed that I've been able to do them up though!

Well done on being 100% and havin a triumph with the bottoms! Go you!

I'm obsessive with the scales also, but it's impossible not to weigh especially when you feel like you've been so good and deserve to see a loss.
Like you said only the Wednesday weigh in matters, a lot can happen over night. :)

Hope you have a good Monday. :)

Really started getting the gym bug today, wanted to get through a full 2 weeks before I even considered joining a gym, but think I'm getting there now. Is it safe to do exercise on TS, or would I have to go on a different plan?

Just want to find ways where I can really push the losses, I read through peoples' threads on here and want the same kinds of successes. Want to get myself into exercise habits now so that when I reach my goal weight, I have all the tools I need to maintain the loss.

It's only recommended you do gentle exercise for a maximum of 20 minutes per day such as walking. So if you want to do extra is suggest adding a low carb meal on those days you go to the gym :)

That's a brilliant result Trijan, well done x
