Diary day 2; not sure where day 1 disappeared too..

Day 2: choc orange bar, mushroom soup, shep pie
Tried drinking more water, felt sickly and thirsty, needed nap
Had detox bath
Emailed exante asking about lacto free skimmed milk-similar to broccoli on the carb/cal table so may get it as the meal on total solution extra

Day4: nut bar, shep pie (peri n herb added)
Had migraleave in middle of the night.
Still struggling with drinking enough: having more tea/coffee (decaf) with lacto free skimmed milk-to get fluid although may break ketosis on balance will still be low cal diet.
Breath stinky-have funny movement in tummy a few times a day, brief strong grumbles

Day 5?
Choc Orange bar-
Not sure if it is day 5..Wednesday. Day 4-tue, 3-mon, 2-sun, 1-sat. Did I start on sat??
Umm could check email from registration that might clarify the day. So not long til first weigh in and week one transition hopefully wil be done and dusted

Yup-email is from Saturday. So my weigh in day is a sat morn. Will I be 10 stone something? So Thursday and Friday to go.. On the road thur so will be taking bars- will have the pancakes for first time maybe for breakfast. Although might take time..umm

Day 5 continued-mushroom soup
Had loads of off plan drinks today..may loose weight slower but stick to plan in long term. Had coffee/coke zero. Slim and save allow these so prob not end of world.
The old bowel is normal, no side effects. Feeling real thirsty-diff for me to drink water in winter,

You can have coke Zero & black coffee on Exante too.:)
 
Tried pancakes today-blueberry n raspberry: err interesting, bit weird actually, alright though bit of a faff but prob be thankful of a change in texture in a few weeks and they will come back into play.

Starting baby swim next week-might not be enough for the 20min exercise as will mainly be walking round carrying my 9wk old son in pool.

Had veg soup first time, cousin commented it was lumpy..think it was just the veg. Tasted good. I've been making the soups more watery and there still creamy enough

Spag Bol for tea:pimped up with garlic granules and mixed herbs. Tasting better. Going to look at the zero noodles online see if there's any cheap deals to be had.

My tongue has gone white with coating

I'm hungry for first time tonight-bought a sugared free flavoured water thing to have.

Onwards-back to bars, looking to put another order in so I'm not left short-figuring out best buys: so far 98 meals for £95 of my own choice. Although my OH also eats the breakfast bars.

Having trouble logging in and resetting passwords back and forth had same probs last time.

Oooh will checking in tomorrow to see how well you have done I'm sure you will have a big grin:D. I love all the bars and none of the meals strange how all our tastes are so different
 
Weigh in : 10 stone 8
Loss: 6lb

Breakfast: choc Orange bar

Ordered some noodle things this morning.. On we go!
Lesson learned: more water needed!!

Day 7-14: got my flavourings, waters, hot drinks, going to aim for more detox baths. See what settle down to weight loss wise. Fist goal-10 stone, so 8 lb to loose by end of month

Day 9?
Maple syrup pancakes-didn't cook well, had to put in oven for while to make middle less moist/sloppy

Liking idea of ordering some noodles or maybe saints and slimmer muffins one day. I ordered top up on exante and then yup got email with offers! Blah! Bit annoyed as missed out on 10 free currys

Feeling bit weak-awaiting the settling down and return of energy.
Noticed guns playing up and bleeding again-though this was better after pregnancy, don't feel the powdered meals help. Will restart the medical mouthwash!

Delivery arrived! And my noodles, cheapest I found was 90p.
So feeling good about variety-hadn't expected that on a vlcd but I have my own cupboard stockpiled and can choose a bit more.
Felt like an old cake/coffe day on sun but opened and had half a bar instead. Thought I might have it as extra and go over but actually tied me over as tea treat then had other half as supper. Evened out!
I am currently trying out the zero colas own brand- lidle was rolls cola, aldi is drinkable although liquid cola bottle is the taste. Have the asda one to try next.
My bowels and warning explicits!! Wind is pretty stinky hopefully this will pass quickly!!

Umm noodles arrived: just awful! Fettuccini was not good served with the spag Bol, I think the portion was too big and didn't feel at all like pasta so the ribbons had too much per mouthful. Used sparingly and in finer shapes will be fine, also will be good when off diet so plate is balanced eg may be ordinary bolognese but serve with these. I'm all for balance.

Need to see if they can be served cold or stored in fridge uncooked once opened as portions too big

OH very interested in the zero noodles so may give him the fettuccini or ebay!

Got the exante offer for free curry/bars :) ready for the next month stock wise.

Plan to try the noodles with the soups as May work better. I enjoy the soups so I think will be more of a back up if needed.

On the road today so packing bars; will try and up water as find it easier to carry bottle mobile than drinking cups in house with the baby. Visited cousin and was amazed how much she can do with baby in her arms lol as a newbie I'm not at that level!

Had shep pie supper, drank a latte today-whoops!

Thur-fri to go then weigh in time! Don't feel or look slimmer as yet!! A way to go before that sorts
