    Newbie (Friday weigh ins)

    Hi

    I started Exante 2 week ago (Friday weigh ins). Ive decided to try and do TS with one day off a week (a Saturday) as i do have a busy social life. I started at 15 stone 11 and my first weigh in i lost 9 pounds (thats with one day off eating and drinking wine). My second weigh in (today) I lost a further 4 pounds and weigh 14:12. I am very happy with these losses (and so happy to be in the 14's) I hope i can continue good losses with the 1 day off a week.

    I am taking a day off tomorrow. But will get straight back on it on Sunday and see what next Friday bring

    Start weight - 15 stone 11

    Week 1 - 9 pounds
    Week 2 - 4 pounds

    1. TS for 31 days till holiday - (target loss 20lb & into the 13s
    )
    2. Limit holiday gain to 7lb - (achievable as mainly a walking holiday)
    3. TS for 32 days till Easter - ( target loss 21lb & into the 12s)
    4. Week off plan
    5. TS till 11st 7lb reached - (hopefully by end of June)
    6. Slimming World till target loss of 10st (by November)
    7. Fit into size 12 jeans
    8. Maintenance plan (not sure how yet
    )

    I had my day off yesterday, I had buffet style party food. My stomach has definitely shrunk as i couldnt eat too much which was good. I also had a couple of glasses of wine. Today back on track. Im not sure my plan will work every week but i will just see what happens every friday. if it does it would be great. I spoke to Exante chat and they advised as i am having one day off a week i shouldn't have my food week. I will update results on friday. Have a good week x
