    My diary

    Hey everyone, I'm new to this so this is my first post!

    I really enjoy how everyone motivates and encourages one another on this site.

    So my highest weight was 23 stones and 3lbs last May and I'm currently in the 20 stones bracket (after losing a bit on Cambridge and clean eating)

    Now on my 3rd day of exante total solution... The shakes are really sweet and the bars are too salty loool. Will have to just take them down like medicine! I actually think Cambridge is tastier...but hey its diet food - nothing is tasty loool!

    I have around 10stones to lose but will make mini goals.

    1st goal = by 7th March = 18.13 ... I hope I can achieve this!

    Looking forward to encouraging you all and to all the encouragement that I need from you guys!

    Actually that goal seems unrealistic as I checked my last weigh in details and I was 20 stones 11lbs on Thursday (4 days ago). :/ thought I was lower!

    So ill adjust that mini goal to 19.10?

    It's weigh day tomorrow and I've just messed up the plan! Ended up eating a stir fry AND pasta bake.

    How long would it take for me to get back into ketosis?

    1. TS for 31 days till hols , target - 20lb.

    (lost 19.25 lbs) weight 14s exactly so 0.75lb short of target.
    2. Limit holiday gain to 7lb - achievable as mainly a walking hols
    ( Achieved - had a gain of 6.5lb, very happy with that)
    3. WS for 1 Month, TS for 1 month till 21st July - Sons graduation
    4. Reach size 14/16 clothes for sons graduation.
    5. Reach 11st 7lb by end of July)
    7. Slimming World till target weight of 10st (by 27.9.15. & holiday in Greece)

    8. Fit into size 12 jeans
    9. Maintenance plan (not sure how yet
    )

    Hey susie58 and Jayne33,

    Weighed myself and a 7lb loss. However my gym trainer isn't a big believer of vlcds and told me to come off, saying they are outdated and surprised vlcds are still offered on the market. I took her advice yesterday and ended up eating for the world!

    I'm back on it today! So day1 for me!
