    I've done it! I've just taken the plunge and ordered my first exante products. I've ordered 60 packs for 60 and a box of pizza dough, which was also on offer so will be a bogoff. It's a lot of money to spend but I'd be spending much much more than this on cigarettes, wine and junk food.

    Ive never tried any of these products so I'm a little nervous I won't like them but I'm sure after a few weeks of no conventional food I will end up loving them lol.

    i have a very large amount of weight to lose so I have decided to break it up into two missions. My first is to get to 18st and my second is to get to 13st. I think I will start looking okay at 15st (shape back) so the remaining two stones after that should be really fun to get rid of because Ibwill already be feeling amazing.

    i am going to be using my blog as a diary for things diet and non diet related because I feel I have a lot of stuff in me I need to sort through and I'm going to be brave and do it here.

    im looking forward to the support from here and I hope I can support others too. I will blog a lot as I will be blogging instead of eating 😜

    im really pleased to be here and I'm excited for my start day tomorrow. I can't wait to go through my caterpillar phase and work towards becoming a butterfly by the end of this year. I have set dec as my goal date but I would very much like to achieve my goal sep/October time. I'd like to be slim for my sons birthday in sep and happy with things for when we visit family and friends at the end of the year.

    Hi lyds I have just started too! Ordered 12 weeks worth of packs wrk! Am 17st 4 and aiming for 14st at the end of the 12 weeks then I will see how I feel as ultimate goal is 12st but I can only focus in a 12 wk period. Am hoping to do it just packs (but allowing coke zero and milk in tea) how r u getting on? I'm new to exante but not vlcds ive just ordered shakes and bars but pizza? How can u get pizza?! x
