    RE-START 01.01.2015

    Goals for 2015:

    1. TS for 31 days till hols , target - 20lb.

    (lost 19.25 lbs) weight 14s exactly so 0.75lb short of target.
    2. Limit holiday gain to 7lb - achievable as mainly a walking hols
    ( Achieved - had a gain of 6.5lb, very happy with that)
    3. WS or TS till 21st July - Sons graduation
    4. Reach size 14/16 clothes for sons graduation.
    5. Reach 11st 7lb by end of July)
    7. Slimming World till target weight of 10st (by 27.9.15. & holiday in Greece)

    8. Fit into size 12 jeans
    9. Maintenance plan (not sure how yet
    )

    I'm sitting here feeling glum and thinking of all the things I do wrong, not just food wise but my lifestyle too. I am in such a deep rut weight wise, deepest I've ever been and I'm hoping losing the weight will help me get the other aspects of my life on track. I am such a lucky person. I have a husband I like, lol a child I'm proud of a lovely dog and a little home but I can't appreciate any of these things fully. I hide away from the world which is not helping us. I don't take my son or dog out enough and intimacy between my husband I are is at an all time low. I can't fit in the bath, my body hurts all over and I'm struggling to wipe my own bum! How and why did I do this to myself, why am I still doing it. I could of started the diet today but I got scared and have eaten normally today. I'm so angry with myself. My life is a waste and it's all my fault. Some poor people have disabilities they can't change but I have the chance to heal myself but I'm not. I'm embarrassed im this size, I'm deflated by past failures, I'm lost. How can food be robbing me of my life. I've even started having a few puffs on cigarettes which is crazy because it makes me feel dizzy and then I eat to get the taste out of my mouth. I'm drinking a bottle of wine a night too. It's like I've hit self destruct mode. I've never been able to control my eating but it seems like I can't do anything about it now. I've turned weird with it all. I don't want to start this diet and fail. I want this to be a fresh start and I want to be the real me. I need this desperately x

    Thank you Supernova you are very right and that would be exactly what I would say to someone else but I just couldn't stand looking at myself in the mirror in a hair dressers the way I am now. I'm living in one top, one bra and one pair of trousers which are ripped because my legs rub together. I'm in a bad bad way right now. It's like because I'm so unhappy with my appearance I have stopped making an effort. I even stopped brushing my hair and teeth. I'm literally dying inside right now. X

    Oh sweetheart I didnt mean to upset you. I know exactly how that feels because I have been there and more or less still am. The good thing about this diet is it changes things quickly.Were all here to support you and I cant wait to see you posting your losses and becoming you again. Its so tough when you feel like theres such a long road ahead but you can do it !!! If I had known this diet was there years ago It would have changed my life 20 years earlier.. All the best were routing for ya xxx

    Ok I have a start date and its tomorrow. Nervous, relieved, excited, worried etc etc but this really is a fresh start for me.

    Good luck for tomorrow. I dont know your set up so dont know if you can but when I started I had to get really early nights to try and fall asleep before my tummy started rumbling. Sleepy tea helps. It really is worth the first horrible days because when you get in ketosis you normally feel great. Especially when youve been drinking lots of water and not eating rubbish. When I give up carbs I completly lose my fuzzy brain. Anyway you dont need to listen to me prattle on but I just wanted you to know you will start to feel better..
