Hi,

Well day 1 for me. I would like to lose 6 stone but am focussing on the first 4 stone as I would like to lose that before our holiday to Spain mid August. I've always struggled with the water intake, but going to give it a good go! I'm using up my SnS packs whilst starting on Exante TS+! Wish me luck!

DAY 1 OF 100:

Breakfast: Banana Shake
Lunch: Strawberry & Banana Shake
Dinner: Cottage Pie Meal (Sns) with Cauliflower.

Water intake so far nearing 2 litres so not bad going :)

Onwards and downwards...

Hi Pink Tulip, I struggle with the water intake too, I think it's quite common but no less miserable!

I'm looking to lose the first 4 stone for my holiday at the end of August, it's nice to find someone with a similar goal and timeline! :) xo

So yesterday went pretty good until I got home. Was just about to prepare my dinner when I had to take my eldest to A&E as he was limping - injury from playing football at the park with this friends....teenage boys!!! Spent what felt like the entire night at hospital and finally got home after 11.30pm. Was starving by then and very tired so didn't make my food and grabbed a couple of slices of cheese and a piece of ham and went to bed! Argh...not 100% to plan but not as bad as it could have been either as I was tempted to stop at McDonalds drive through on the way home but resisted...

Nevermind, today is a new day.

Day 2 OF 100:

Breakfast: Vanilla Shake
Lunch: White choc & raspberry shake
Dinner: Cottage pie & cauliflower

I have also discovered the flavoured coffee that everyone is talking about and having a roasted hazelnut coffee. I have a feeling these are going to be a lifesaver! xx
 
That sounds like a great first day to me, that food won't have done any damage. You won't have 100% of your recommended vitamins but it will be fine as a one-off. Well done for avoiding McDonalds too - I attempted to start TS on Friday while I was off work but ended up with two quarter pounders, mozzarella sticks and a coke by lunchtime :ashamed0005: xo
 
I agree with cherrybomb as a one off wont of done much damage. Good luck on your 100 day challenge x
