    Millionth new start day one

Hi every one I did Exante twice a couple of years ago. I only got to second week though. I had terrible mood swings and missed not eating any thing at all. Last week I started my fitness pal and lost 8 lbs. I really need to loose it quickly. So I decided to give Exante another go but this time shakes , bars and food pouches , so I am eating albeit small amounts.

this morning I had my creamy coconut shake . I made it in my nutri bullet with ice. It is so much better in a bullet than with my hand blender. I was ok till 11-30 started to get the hunger pangs. Opened bottle of sparkling water had that. Lunch was raspberry and white chocolate bar which wS quiet nice, followed by a coffee and coke zero.

by 4 pm I am starving ( I been doing lots of house work today) so I had a peanut butter bar and another coke zero( I know we only meant to have one but it is that of food). The bar was very nice I actually really liked it.

i also have a colour change ( albeit only the first one along) on my ketone sticks. I was on low sugar diet last week which is why I think the change happened so quickly.

i have some drinks powders coming tomorrow.my plan is to do this for a week and see how I go. I would love to stick with it but I also know how crap I felt last time. If I could loss a stone this week I'd be happy. I'd love to stay on it for longer but I want to keep my expectations real for me.

i will be updating daily, so watch this space.

    Day two
Hi every one well last night I did have so lice of ham but I am not going to make myself feel bad , instead I am going to say to my self good choice .

Today has been good food wise I had orange pineapple shake for breakfast , this chicken soup for lunch ( which I did in my blender bullet) and tonight it was a double chocolate bar and a small boiled egg.
My drinks arrived today.which has been a god send. I have had funny tummy today.
It's been bit of a mission as I not to.d my family what I am doing and although they saw me eat soup and bar didn't think any thing of not eating dinner with them. I kinda feel bit bad not telling them, I know my husband won't like it as last time I was on it, it did make me moody. But as I am only planning a week I should get away with it.

I have made some of the ketos courgette & dill soup , if nothing more than to cover my tracks with food ect.
All in all I feel today has been good, even though I am thinking about good 24/7
    See you all tomorrow

One thing that I've found helps with the hunger is to eat the first pack as late as possible and space the others out after that. All of my failed restarts consisted of packs at 9am, 12pm and 5pm but I ended up starving and running for fish and chips by 9pm. This time I'm eating at 12, 4 and 8 and it's much easier!

Good luck, it sounds like you're doing well! xo

I've never tried having bouillon - does it affect weight loss much? How much do you have and what brand?

    DAY 4

Porrage pack for breakfast, this was very sweet and tasty, lunch was the sheppards pie pack, with a few splashes od wostershire sauce it was ok much better than I thought it would be, I had to gave my other pack earlier than planned as I started to get the shakie leg feeling. That was the curry and rice pack, again it was much better than I thought it was going to be. I have had 60 grames of celery today. I finding it ok and I think I am emotionally missing the amount of food I used to eat. The food pouches are a million times better than just owing shakes alone ,which is what I did before. I could do with bars back in my life so may have to order some. I have got terrible dog breath and have invested in a spray breath freshener from boots. I want to make it to Thursday and be happy with the hard work. I have not really suffered from the headaches like I did before but then I went in to ketosis very quickly. I gave also invested in some nice scented candles and products for the bath and shower ( distraction). I am not going to lie I can feel my mood slipping in to grrrrrrrr but hoping a early night will send that packing.i must remain strong, I must win the fight to ditch the fat. Life is going on but in my head the whole world is just about Exante and not eating for me. I wish you all good luck and wil post again tomorrow, thank you for all you encouraging words my love Exante friends. See you all soon xxxxx

Keep going! We're all in this same boat.

I love the bars - the two old ones (choc orange and toffee, nut and raisin) I find them the most filling 'meals'. That's what I tend to take for lunch at work.

Ok after all the moaning I went for a short walk, came home had slice of roast beef, 1 celery stick, **** love ads of water, carrying on with the rest of my day. Having a argument in my head about food, if I eat like proper food I am going to be mega annoyed with my self, so I didn't have any thing else. Tonight I had the chill and the the gooey chocolate pudding with that wLdens chocolate sauces. I actually feel bloated. So I am now going to gave my last two packs closer together.

I feel pleased I gave done ok today, I am going to loss this bloody weight. Husband knows I am dieting using diet food, he doesn't know it's Exante . Feeling good , feeling calm.see you all soon xx

Aww keep at it, it might just mean you have two bigger losses over two weeks rather than one big and one normal

Which waldens sauce do you have? I have the peanut chocolate one and still not tried it on anything but straight out the jar
