Hi all, starting TS tomorrow! I need to lose about 7 stone and have a strong desire to lose 2 stone by June 26th as going on holiday then!
Im nervous and excited at the same time! Loving reading everyones diaries on here,very motivational.

I've just started as well, lost 4kg so far but I need to stop weighing myself! it's becoming an obsession, but I love a challenge! good luck tomorrow! x

Well, at work drinking a chocolate milkshake, had a black coffee this am...yuck! I have got a peppermint tea brewing on my desk and will attempt to drink 2 litres of water whilst at work and then have at least another litre at home...day one here we come!!

Good luck, stick with it and you will see the results. I'm just starting week 4 and I've lost 19lb, even im in shock with it. Drink plenty of water I lose more the more I drink. Your taste buds may not think much to the packs to start but it does change. If you start with headaches take some paracetamol, don't suffer I only took one lot and it went. Keep posting.

Hi all, I am a headachey person and have a degenerative spinal condition so am always dosed up!! Hated the black coffee this am, peppermint tea was ok and am now having a beanies coffee,ameretto flavoured....much better! Work is horrendously busy so my day should go quickly and my lunch is at 12.00 so not long to go, I am having the peanut butter bar so that will be interesting! Weighed myself this am and was 17 4 so 7st 4lb to go...will set up my tracker at lunchtime.

Just had the peanut butter bar, it was lovely, will definitely order that one again! Im missing my coffee with milk even though I only had a splash tbh so will have water now as I am thirsty!

Make up a tiny bit of milkshake like 25-50ml and use that in your coffee :) you can finish the shake later :) much nicer than black. X
 
That is a good idea QB, I have some vanilla shakes so may give that a go or else have a vanilla shake for brekkie hot with coffee in it. I cannot believe the qmount of water I have drunk today!!

Welcome to the forum Jacci. Drinking lots will make it easier for you while getting into ketosis.

I used to hate black coffee but quite enjoy it now so you never know. A lot of people have their shakes as a latte so worth experimenting a bit on this kind of diet.

Im opting for the chilli, I read somewhere on here that its best to let it soak for 10 mins as opposed to the 2 mins on the packet so that is what Im doing!

Chilli was much much better than I expected so I may order a couple more meals. I got 5 chili's free with my order as I was a bit doubtful as to what the meals would be like but the chili is a good advert. Lots of water for the rest of the day and that will be day one done.
Poss TMI but I feel very very bloated in a windy way...don't normally feel like this!

I think the longer you soak stuff the more water it soaks up and it kinda makes a bigger meal :) I've still not tried the chilli so be interested to know how you find it :) x

Chilli was miles better than I thought it would be, it was really tasty.
